Questions
How does the free trial work? +
Create an account, confirm your email, and a 14-day trial licence is issued automatically. No card is required, and nothing is charged when it ends.
What is a seat? +
A seat is a person. The licence owner holds one, and every teammate you invite takes another. You can invite, resend and revoke seats from the Team page at any time.
What counts as a device? +
Each computer running SiteGardenr registers itself against your licence the first time it signs in. When you reach your device limit, revoke an old machine from the Devices page to free a slot.
How do renewals work? +
Licences run for a fixed term and we email you before it ends. Renew from the Billing page — if the term lapses there is a short grace period before the desktop app stops signing in.
